    Intuitive, fast and easy to use, our dedicated appointment booking site is now available to make it easier for you to book your appointment.

    Are you planning to travel in France with TGV INOUI, INTERCITÉS, TER or on one of our international routes1? With just a few clicks, our appointment service lets you arrange a date and time to meet one of our advisors wherever you like.

    Step 1: Select the type of appointment you require

    Thanks to our appointment service, you can make an appointment in just a few clicks, at the station of your choice or by telephone, with one of our Customer Relations advisors.

    You'll benefit from personalized assistance in purchasing your train ticket in France and/or abroad1, as well as in exchanging or cancelling your ticket.

    Step 2: Choose the desired operation

    Select one of the following reasons to book an appointment:

    • Purchase and advice
    • Exchange and refund
    • International tickets
    • Eurostar Continental tickets

    • Exchange of a TGV ticket purchased on an SNCF channel
    • Direct international tickets from or to France, except Paris - Berlin and Paris - Vienna.

    Step 3: Select a location for your appointment

    Once you've chosen the reason for your appointment, select the site that suits you from the list.

    Step 4: Choose a time slot

    Step 5: Enter your contact details

    Lastly, please enter your full name, e-mail address and cell phone number in the boxes provided.

    Step 6: Your appointment is confirmed

    Your appointment is confirmed. You are reminded of the date, time and place of the appointment. Your file reference is also indicated. All this information is also sent to the e-mail address and/or telephone number indicated in the previous step.

    IMPORTANT: Keep your confirmation e-mail, you can use it to cancel or modify your appointment.
