    You have completed your journey

If your train was more than an hour late, you’re entitled to a Eurostar e-voucher that you can use on your next journey. The amount of refund is based on the length of the delay.

Please keep your original ticket and wait 24 hours to give us enough time to gather all the information we need to process your request. Then contact us on line within 12 months of your travel date to request your e-voucher.

You’ll receive your e-voucher by e-mail within 5 minutes, and you can use it immediately on the eurostar.com website. It’s valid for 12 months starting from the date of your original journey.
