TGV INOUI - INTERCITÉS

    Was your journey, including a TGV INOUI or INTERCITÉS journey, more than 30 minutes late at your final destination? Take advantage of the G30 guarantee and request compensation online or by post.

    • You have made a journey in France with TGV INOUI / INTERCITÉS or on board international trains operated by SNCF Voyageurs or in partnership1.

    or

    • You have made a connecting journey eligible for the Direct Ticket including at least one TGV INOUI or INTERCITÉS journey,

    • You arrived at your destination more than 30 minutes later than the time indicated on your ticket or Billet Direct, whatever the reason for the delay,

    You can request compensation2 and have 90 days from the date of your travel to formulate it.

    Calculating your compensation

    The amount of your compensation2 is calculated on the ticket price (excluding ancillary services), regardless of the reason for your delay.

    The terms of reimbursement2 are as follows:

    • between 30 min and 2h delay: 25% of the ticket price.
    • between 2h and 3h delay: 50% of the ticket price.
    • over 3h delay: 75% of the ticket price.

    How to obtain compensation

    The amount of G30 compensation can be awarded:

    • in vouchers;
    • by transfer in euros (only if the duration of the delay exceeds 60 minutes);
    • in points/minor package discount depending on your status.

    Send your request by post

    You have two options:

    • Download form G30 (english, pdf)

       

    • or write to us by post, indicating :
      • the travel file reference on your ticket (six-letter reference);
      • the date of your journey;
      • your train number;
      • your first and last name;
      • your email (or postal address);
      • enclosing your ticket.

    Your G30 request should be sent by prepaid mail to:

    Your G30 request should be sent with proof of expenses incurred by prepaid post to:

    • The processing time will be extended by post. Please only send photocopies, and keep the originals of your documents and tickets.
    • If you have not purchased your ticket from the SNCF Voyageurs network, please contact your distributor.

    INTERCITÉS punctuality guarantee

    This guarantee is activated in the event of irregularity on the Paris - Clermont-Ferrand and Paris - Limoges - Toulouse routes.
