    Call 31 17 for a call concerning a safety matter (free from mobiles and landlines) or send us an SMS (normal cost) to 31 17 7.

    These 2 lines are active 24/7, on the entire national rail network.

    3117 and 3117 7 are reserved for calls concerning safety, harassment, rescue and assistance, and must not be used for commercial requests.
