    Contact our collection centers by telephone on 09 48 220 000 (price of a local call) from 8:15 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, except public holidays, or submit your claim via our dedicated platform. The platform is fully secure and accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
