    How to receive your voucher

    To receive your digital voucher, 4 steps are all you need:

    • provide yourself with your file reference (travel file number)
    • go to the SNCF Voyageurs G30 online form
    • you'll receive an initial e-mail confirming that your request has been processed, then within 24 to 48 hours, a second links-email informing you of the amount of your compensation1
    • in the following days, your voucher is sent by e-mail. You can use it as soon as you receive it.

    Which journeys are eligible for the digital voucher?

    • It can be used to purchase domestic journeys on TGV INOUI or INTERCITÉS. It can also be used on the following TGV Europe relations: TGV France-Bruxelles, TGV France-Luxembourg, TGV Paris-Fribourg en Brisgau, TGV Lyria, TGV France-Italie, DB-SNCF en coopération (relation France Allemagne), TGV France Espagne

    What can't you buy with your digital voucher?

    • Transilien tickets
    • TER tickets
    • OUIGO tickets
    • Eurostar tickets
    • International journeys on foreign railway company trains
    • Group fares
    • Commercial cards
    • Services (Ma location Avis, Mes bagages, Junior & Cie)
    • Payments or regularisations on board trains.

    When you can use your digital voucher:

    • in SNCF stations and shops
    • on SNCF Connect
    • by telephone on 36 35 (free service + price of a call)
    • progressively usable on other SNCF sales channels: travel agencies and self-service kiosks in stations

    When it's not possible to use it:

    • on the purchase of SNCF services (commercial cards, packages and season tickets, etc.), on group and mini-group fares
    • on board trains or as a subsequent regularization
    • at foreign distributors
    • to pay the additional fare as part of a ticket exchange
    • not cumulable with the use of another voucher or promotional code
