On board an INOUI TGV train

You can take, per person, up to 2 pieces of luggage labeled with maximum dimensions of 70 x 90 x 50 cm (suitcase, large backpack, hiking bag, sports bag) and 1 piece of carry-on luggage labeled with maximum dimensions of 40 x 30 x 15 cm (backpack, shopping bag, computer bag).

If you have special luggage, you can take up to 1 piece of luggage per person, labeled with maximum dimensions of 70 x 90 x 50 cm (suitcase, large backpack, hiking bag, sports bag), 1 piece of special luggage labeled with maximum dimensions of 90 x 130 cm (stroller, folded scooter, musical instrument in labeled case, pair of skis in labeled cover, wakeboard or snowboard in labeled cover) and 1 piece of hand luggage labeled with maximum dimensions of 40 x 30 x 15 cm (backpack, shopping bag, computer bag).

Only travel with things you can carry yourself.

Your luggage is your responsibility and must be compulsorily labelled.

For everyone's safety, please do not obstruct the flow of traffic on board our trains: various spaces are available, at the compartment entrances or in the carriages, for storing your luggage.

On board an OUIGO train

You can board at no extra charge with your choice of:

2 pieces of hand luggage no larger than 36 x 27 x 15 cm (height, width and depth)

1 piece of hand luggage no larger than 36 x 27 x 15 cm (height, width and depth) and 1 piece of cabin luggage no larger than 55 x 35 x 25 cm (height, width and depth)

This luggage must be placed below the seats. The carriage of your stroller is also included in your ticket (up to a limit of 2 strollers per booking and per journey).

If you wish to board with more baggage or larger items (bicycles, scooters, skis, musical instruments, etc.), subscribe to the "Baggage" option. For just €5 per trip, you can travel with an extra piece of luggage.

Please note that any baggage exceeding 2 meters in length or 30 kilos will not be accepted on board.

On board a Eurostar train

Two medium-sized suitcases or bags (maximum 85 cm on their longest side) and 1 small hand luggage item are included in the price of your ticket. In Business Premier class, you can take up to 3 bags or suitcases at no extra charge.

Prams and strollers are also accepted. Your bicycles and musical instruments are also welcome on board, and considered as one of your two medium-sized baggage items, provided they are no longer than 85 cm in their case. If this is not the case, your luggage will require special handling by the Eurostar luggage check-in service when you purchase your ticket.

No legal provision prevents a minor from traveling alone. However, minors traveling alone remain the responsibility of their parents. It is therefore up to parents to assess whether their child is able to make the journey alone, taking into account any unforeseen circumstances inherent in rail travel (incidents during transport, broken connections, etc.)

For example, in the event of an incident during the journey, the ticket inspector must hand the child over to the authorities. Similarly, if the train arrives after the station has closed, the parent must have authorized the SNCF in advance by fax, so that they can find an accommodation solution. Otherwise, the police or gendarmerie may be called.

Taking a child on his or her own involves risks, which is why the SNCF offers the Junior & Cie service, enabling parents to take their child on a journey in the care of trained and experienced escorts. Junior & Cie is a non-mandatory service for which there is a charge, but it makes it possible to organize travel for children alone in complete peace of mind and safety.

It is possible to access the train map on certain distribution channels when purchasing a seat on a train with a compulsory reservation.

If you travel by TGV INOUI there will be sockets in 2ᵈᵉ class. The TGV trains currently running for SNCF are not all of the same generation, only the most recent, or those that have been very recently modernized, are equipped with second-class electrical sockets.

The interior plans of OUIGO cars are not communicated.

In 1ʳᵉ class, the car is quieter and the seats are wider. You also have a systematic socket and the possibility of having an isolated seat.
