A page opens and in the white MAX JEUNE banner at the top of the page, click on the grey "My MAX space" button. A new page opens, entitled "Log in with your login details". All you have to do is enter your e-mail address and the password for your MAX JEUNE account, then click on the "Log in" button. You are now connected to your MAX space. If you are using the mobile application, you can log out of your OUI.sncf account and enter all your details (MAX JEUNE subscriber number, date of birth, etc.) or go directly to the OUI.sncf website.

The simulator allows you to discover the MAX JEUNE trains for the next 30 days. Depending on your departure and arrival stations, it tells you whether your MAX JEUNE has "max seats", "last seats" or is "already maxed out".
The MAX JEUNE subscription is reserved for 16-27 year-olds.
By subscribing to MAX JEUNE, you commit to a minimum of 3 months, so you won't be able to cancel your subscription during this initial period. Your MAX JEUNE subscription allows you to book a ticket free of charge for 100% of TGV, INTERCITÉS and OUIGO high-speed destinations in France, from D-30. MAX JEUNE subscriptions are not available on certain trains during peak periods.
MAX JEUNE reservations open 30 days before departure and are in 2nd class. Additional seats are added throughout the month until the day before departure. All journeys booked and not cancelled must be completed. SMS reminders are sent to you D-2 and D-1 before departure, at which point you must confirm or cancel your trip from your MAX space. You have until 5 p.m. on the evening before your departure to reply, otherwise your trip will be cancelled.
You can book up to 6 trips at the same time. As soon as you travel, you release a reservation. A reservation counter is available on Espace Max. You must choose your exact departure time (you are entitled to only one daily departure from the same city), you cannot board a train without a ticket (for the train in question) and if you change your mind or are late, you must cancel your ticket before departure.
You must present your original identity document on board the train.
The MAX JEUNE pass is a personal, non-transferable pass.
It is advisable to read the MAX JEUNE terms and conditions of sale carefully when cancelling your subscription.

In accordance with these General Terms and Conditions, both the payer and the subscriber (when different from the payer) have the option of cancelling the subscription after three months from the subscription date by contacting the MAX JEUNE Subscription customer service:
- via the "Cancellation" section of the contact form, accessible by clicking on the "contact us" link in the subscriber's Espace Max ;
- via the "Other" section of the contact form present on the MAX JEUNE space of online sales sites or mobile sales applications of authorized distributors for the payer.
This cancellation request must be made at least seven days before the end of the current subscription month (month N), in order for the subscription to be cancelled at the end of the current subscription month corresponding to the date of the cancellation request (month N).
