How do I log in with my Mon Identifiant SNCF account?

Mon Identifiant SNCF (email and password) is a unique identifier that lets you access your customer account from any SNCF digital space.

When you log into your customer account, your user ID is the email address you entered when you created the account.

There is a 2-factor authentication process for accessing your account:

first, log in with the email address and password you chose for your “Mon Identifiant SNCF” identifier
then enter the 6-digit verification code sent to the email address associated with your account
