There are two ways to print your e-ticket: from the email that you will receive after purchase, or from a self-service machine.

The term “Billet Direct” (“through-ticket” in English) is used the European Union’s Rail Passenger Rights Regulation (PRR) of 29 April 2021.

If your rail travel includes one or more connections, a Billet Direct combines all of your tickets to create an end-to-end journey, provided that 1) it complies with the connection times established by SNCF Voyageurs and 2) you paid for all of your tickets in a single transaction.

If your journey meets these requirements, you have an end-to-end contract, and you’re guaranteed to receive Billet Direct assistance if you’re unable to make your connection. You’re also entitled to compensation, based on the time you arrive at your final destination and the total price of your ticket.
