    On board our low-carbon trains, we are in fact taking on many other less CO2 but just as major challenges. We're talking about solidarity, positive impacts on our regions, and turning our employees into enlightened, committed eco-citizens.

    Our locomotives of employee commitment

    Solidarité, Mixité, Générosité

    While sustainable objectives are driven by management, their realization depends on the commitment of our 67,000 employees in the field. To stay on course, keep up the pace and maintain enthusiasm, our three entities (TER, Transilien, TGV INTERCITÉS) have each structured their own commitment approach, responding to their own specific challenges.

    To reinforce the whole, in 2022 we created the Planète Voyages Embassy: a network of volunteers to accelerate and standardize our CSR commitment, to explain and raise awareness... to spread more than just the good word: good practices too!

    This role enables me to take concrete, measurable action, and to reinforce the successes of my work group.

    Engagement collaborateurs

    At the heart of our responsible approach, we support values and, above all, projects that are resolutely committed to people. Whether we call them skills sponsorship, integration of people who are far from employment, help for young people in precarious situations, Solidarity Days for young people... we have no shortage of enthusiasm or employees to carry out these actions with very concrete results. The result: communities helped and supported, and employees proud to contribute to a better society.

    1304 SNCF Voyageurs employees, for example, are committed to skills sponsorship in 2023.

    Men AND WOMEN are born free and equal in rights. Yes: we have allowed ourselves a little remix[ity], with a proactive policy supported by our Trajectoire Mixité and framed by 6 major commitments to ensure gender equality, including remuneration, the fight against harassment, the feminization of management and recruitment...
