    A day of innovation and excitement

    On February 11, 2025, Station F, the flagship incubator of French Tech, opened its doors to entrepreneurs and investors for a unique day of exchange. The event was organized around pitches highlighting the transformation of businesses and the opening up of new perspectives thanks to artificial intelligence.

    Among the 200 speakers, two experts from SNCF Voyageurs' Material Engineering department, Philippe de Laharpe, Artificial Intelligence and Telediagnosis R&D Project Manager, and Pierre Audier, CBM Telediagnosis Coordinator, presented an innovative and promising solution combining artificial intelligence and predictive train maintenance.

    SNCF Voyageurs at the forefront of AI

    The two experts presented their pitch entitled "Data Clustering for Predictive Maintenance of Everyday Trains". Their presentation won us over with its innovative approach and vision of a sustainable railway future.

    This project, which anticipates breakdowns, optimizes maintenance and reduces unnecessary interventions, is a perfect illustration of the potential of artificial intelligence when applied to real-life challenges. Warmly welcomed by an international audience, this initiative highlights SNCF Voyageurs' commitment to a more efficient, sustainable, safe and environmentally-friendly future.

    SNCF Voyageurs honored for its AI

    The Hardware Engineering initiative was selected from 500 proposals submitted in response to an international call for expressions of interest on artificial intelligence, launched by the Direction Générale des Entreprises. The aim of this program was to highlight concrete examples of the successful integration of AI into processes designed to improve performance.
