Oslo is a railway company, a 100% SNCF Voyageurs subsidiary created in 2022, which produces and services OUIGO Train Classique on the Paris-Nantes and Paris-Rennes lines.

Oslo is a company on a human scale, with around a hundred employees committed to customer satisfaction and green mobility. Oslo runs OUIGO classic trains (low-cost offer) on Corail rolling stock with BB 22 200 locomotives.

The Oslo rolling stock teams are made up of three categories of multi-skilled crew members. They work in synergy to ensure the production of OUIGO classic trains and customer satisfaction in complete safety.

A crew is made up of three professions:

• Conductor
  • Ensures train safety throughout the journey, from preparation to arrival at destination.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction in the reception area and on board trains.
  • Checks tickets on the platform and on board.
    
• Comfort and Services Manager
  • Ensures customer satisfaction in the reception area and on board trains.
  • Ensures passenger comfort.
  • Checks tickets on board and on the platform.
  • Ensures on-board snack sales.
    

• Train driver
  • Operates trains safely and on time.
  • Carries out all pre-departure safety tasks: coupling/uncoupling, brake tests, switching points...
