    SNCF Voyageurs is firmly committed to the opening of competition, which began at the end of 2019 for conventional trains (TER, Transilien, and Intercités), and since the end of 2020 for freely organized services (TGV). In this new phase, the Equipment Department plays a strategic role in ensuring the success of SNCF Voyageurs' activities.

    In this competitive environment, the aim is no longer just to "repair," but to maximize the rolling stock's availability, modernize by integrating new "connected train" functionalities, all while guaranteeing a high level of comfort and safety for passengers.

    This context of openness implies being able to:

    • Propose competitive and innovative offers;
    • Keep our commitments in terms of quality, costs, and production times;
    • make innovation and digital distinctive competitive advantages, to be preferred by our customers;
    • make innovation and digital a competitive advantage that sets us apart from the competition, so that we are preferred by our customers;
    • seize new opportunities.

    Ce contexte d’ouverture implique de pouvoir :

    • proposer des offres compétitives et innovantes ;
    • tenir nos engagements sur la qualité, les coûts, les délais de production ;
    • faire de l’innovation et du digital des atouts concurrentiels différenciants pour être préférés par nos clients ;
    • se saisir de nouvelles opportunités.
