    Your invoice for a journey between France and Spain

    Have you travelled between France and Spain by TGV? Do you need an invoice? Follow the guide.

    There are two possibilities:

    • You have made a journey with TGV France-Spain from 11 December 2022: you can obtain an invoice in a few days by filling in the form below.

    Please note that your journey may start before the city indicated or end after (e.g. Barcelona-Lyon via a change in Nîmes), you must choose the international train from the list.
    These are the references used to identify the journeys for which you are requesting an invoice: they appear on your e-ticket.
    The travel file reference corresponds to the 6 alphanumeric characters shown on each e-ticket (letters or a combination of letters and numbers. Example: DRGL4O).  You only need to enter one of the surnames in the file.
    You can enter up to 5 references by clicking on the "Add reference" button. If you enter more than 5 references, you will need to submit a new invoice request.

    SNCF Voyageurs, in its capacity as data controller, implements the processing of personal data for the purpose of responding to requests for personalised invoices by publishing and sending the invoice.

    The personal data collected are the surname, first name, address and possibly the VAT number.

    The purposes of processing relating to the issue of invoices.

    The recipients of personal data are the persons in charge of issuing invoices. As well as "sncf-voyageurs.com" (integration of the form) and SNCF Connect & Tech (host of the site and of the sncf.com database).

    You have the right to access, rectify, limit, portability, delete and oppose your personal data at any time (as well as the right to define the directives applicable to the conservation, deletion and communication of such data after your death) by contacting our Data Protection Officer via the dedicated contact form ↗ or by post at the following address SNCF Voyageurs - Data Protection Team - 2, place de la Défense - 92400 - France.  Finally, in the event of a complaint, you may contact the Data Protection Officer (at the address indicated above). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (CNIL).
