INTERCITÉS, reduced fares at national monuments

As part of a national partnership, INTERCITÉS has joined forces with the Centre des Monuments Nationaux, which administers over a hundred monuments in France.

On presentation of your INTERCITÉS train ticket, you can benefit from up to 20% discount on the entrance fee to selected monuments in the regions you pass through*. To benefit from your discount, your visit must take place within 5 days of your INTERCITÉS* journey.

Since 1914, the Centre des monuments nationaux (CMN) has been conserving, restoring and maintaining 100 monuments throughout France, from prehistoric times to the 20th century: the Mont Saint-Michel abbey, the Sainte-Chapelle, the Château d'If, the château and ramparts of Carcassonne, and many others. CMN is also responsible for making these French heritage sites accessible to as many people as possible.
