How to dematerialize your cards and subscriptions

With ^{dematerialization1}, all your cards and tickets are now accessible from your smartphone. E-ticket, loyalty card, Carte Avantage, Carte Liberté, MAX, subscriptions... Avoid the risk of forgetting or losing your ticket by presenting its QR code or PDF version when checking your ^e-ticket2.

Digital format and dematerialization, two solutions are available to you to avoid traveling with a physical card:

• Present your Carte Avantage (Jeune, Senior, Adulte) or Liberté, in PDF format from your smartphone, received as an attachment to your purchase confirmation e-mail (you'll still need to present your ID).
• Dematerialize your card or season ticket and present your QR code when checking your e-ticket.

There are several ways to dematerialize your card or season ticket:

• on My TGV INOUI space,
• on the TGV INOUI PRO app, which can be used to dematerialize the Carte Liberté, a Weekly Pass or a Monthly Pass.

Do you have a Carte Avantage (Jeune, Senior, Adult) or a Carte Liberté? Go to Mon espace TGV INOUI to dematerialize it in 4 steps:

• Log on to Mon espace TGV INOUI with your login details (e-mail address and password) or create a Mon Identifiant SNCF account. Once logged in, click on the "My cards" tab and then on "I want to dematerialize my card".
• Upload your photo to your personal space. Your face must appear on a plain background, head uncovered and without glasses.
• Read and validate the general conditions of use. Your discount card is now registered.
• Integrate your card into the SNCF Connect or TGV INOUI Pro app (for a Carte Liberté, a Forfait Hebdomadaire or a Forfait Mensuel) by entering your My SNCF Identifier used in the first step.

Do you have a Carte Liberté, a weekly pass or a monthly pass? Dematerialize them in 8 steps with the TGV INOUI PRO application:

• Go to "My account".
• Enter your Mon Identifiant SNCF login details (e-mail address and password) or create an account.
• Click on the "Dematerialize my card" button.
• Upload your photo or take a photo of yourself.
• Confirm the framing of the selected photo.
• Accept the general conditions of use.
• Click on "Confirm" to complete the dematerialization request.
• Your discount card or subscription is now registered in your account. You can retrieve them at any time via "My account".

• log in to your MAX space
• click on the "My subscription/My receipts" tab
• download your receipt
