• up to 30 minutes after departure, the reservation can be exchanged free of charge for the same day and the same journey, even on a full train (without seat guarantee), only before passing through the boarding gates at the platform;
• from 30 minutes before departure, only two exchanges are possible. After the first exchange, the ticket can be cancelled, but will no longer be credited to the reservation counter;
• beyond 30 minutes after departure, the reservation cannot be exchanged.

1/ MAXI ACTIF

The MAX ACTIF subscription is offered on a limited, defined list of journeys. The subscription can be used for journeys in France, from Monday to Thursday, on TGV and TGV INOUI trains (excluding OUIGO and TER) and, if necessary, on INTERCITÉS trains (with or without compulsory reservation) on TGV INOUI lines, within the limit of 250 seats allocated, for 2 journeys per day.

This subscription does not allow the purchase of reservation packs once the 250 reservations have been made.

Trips must be at least two hours apart on departure or arrival for stations in the same travel zone.

Passes are personal and non-transferable.

Free reservation required before any trip with a MAX ACTIF pass (except on INTERCITÉS where reservation is not required).

Pass card must be presented at on-board checks.

Subscription concluded for an initial period of 12 months, with an additional monthly payment deducted in the event of early cancellation before 12 months. After 12 months, the subscription is tacitly renewed for a further 12 months. Termination of the subscription is free after the initial 12-month period. There is no sliding scale for MAX ACTIF subscriptions.

Conditions of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
In the event that you have made travel arrangements prior to your request for withdrawal, and even if the legal 14-day withdrawal period is respected, the use of the right of withdrawal cannot be considered as being in good faith.
The request must be made in writing (by post using the form available in the appendix to the general terms and conditions of sale) or via the MAX space.

2/ MAXI ACTIF+ SUBSCRIPTION

The MAX ACTIF+ subscription is offered for a limited, defined list of trips. The routes and prices are shown in the general sales conditions below. The MAX ACTIF+ subscription is an annual subscription with monthly direct debits or cash payment entitling the holder to 450 reservations, up to a limit of 2 journeys per day, on trains with compulsory reservations, in France, TGV, TGV INOUI, excluding all SNCF, OUIGO and Transilien night trains.
