Connect vacation vouchers

You can pay for your TGV INOUI, INTERCITÉS and TER train tickets directly online with our dematerialized Chèques-Vacances Connect.

Visit the websites and applications of online travel agencies that accept them. Visit the ANCV website for a list of travel and transport professionals who accept them.

Here's how it works:

• Payment by Chèques-Vacances Connect is offered if your shopping basket is eligible for this method of payment.
• You will be redirected to the ANCV (Agence nationale des Chèques-Vacances) application.
• You are invited to authenticate yourself by entering your ANCV identifiers.
• You will receive a notification of a pending transaction on your smartphone.
• Enter the amount you wish to pay using your Chèques-Vacances Connect.
• Enter your ANCV code to validate your payment.
• If you haven't paid in full with your Connect vacation vouchers, you can complete the payment with your bank card.

As of January 1, 2025, Chèques-Vacances Classic will no longer be accepted at TGV INOUI - INTERCITÉS ticket offices.

If you have paper Chèques-Vacances, you can convert your Classic Chèques-Vacances into Connect Chèques-Vacances by visiting https://leguide.ancv.com/ (services (exchanges)).

If you wish to cancel or exchange a journey previously paid for with Classic Holiday Vouchers, you can do this on the SNCF Connect website or app, or at the self-service kiosks.

In the event of an exchange: if the chosen alternative journey is more expensive than the original journey, you top up the amount with your bank card; if it is less expensive, you are reimbursed in a digital voucher. If you cancel your trip, the total amount of your cancelled tickets is reimbursed to you in digital vouchers.
