Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

Your Carte Liberté, Avantage (Jeune, Adulte and Senior) discount cards are subject to the right of withdrawal if they have been purchased remotely (online or by telephone) or at a self-service kiosk.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must complete a withdrawal form. If your request is accepted, your card or subscription will be reimbursed directly to the payment card used at the time of purchase.

If you have a MAX subscription (YOUTH, SENIOR, ACTIVE and ACTIVE+), your request is made directly from the MAX space.

14 days to change your mind

You have a period of 14 calendar days to change your mind, starting the day after the date of purchase of your card or subscription.

If you have not travelled with your card or subscription and you request a change within this period, you will receive a full refund of the amount initially paid.

    Are you eligible?

The 14-day period begins on the day following purchase of the card or subscription. If this first day is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period is extended to the next working day. This condition also applies to the expiry date.

Here is a detailed list of the cases in which you may exercise your right of withdrawal, and the situations in which you will not be entitled to a refund.

The countdown for calculating the cooling-off period cannot start on the following day, which is a public holiday (November 11), nor on the following days (Saturday and Sunday). The countdown will therefore begin on Monday, November 14.

As the 14th day is Sunday November 27, the deadline is extended to the next working day. You can therefore make your request up to and including November 28.

Even if you purchased your card before October 12, it will still be subject to a 14-day period. If you have chosen a later start date, e.g. December1, the countdown begins on October 7 and expires on October 20. If you make a request for reimbursement after this date, it will not be accepted, as the legal 14-day period has expired. Your card cannot be reimbursed.

You decide on November 17 to exercise your right of withdrawal, but you have already traveled on November 15 at the card fare. Even if the 14-day period has not been exceeded, your withdrawal request will not be accepted, as your card has already been used.

You have chosen October 19 as your validity start date and have purchased a round trip at the card rate: departure on October 22, return on October 28. On October 14, you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal. For your request to be accepted, you must first cancel all the trips purchased at the card rate used (round-trip from October 22 to 28).
