1/ A reservation for the TGV INOUI train is mandatory. The PASS TGV INOUI customer may make up to two reservations per day (one on the outward journey and one on the return journey).
The cost of the reservation is €0, subject to possession of a TGV INOUI PASS valid on the date of travel.
2/ Reservations can be exchanged or refunded free of charge up to 30 minutes after departure. From 30 minutes before departure, the reservation can be exchanged a maximum of once and cannot be refunded after an exchange. To use another train, the reservation must be exchanged.
The PASS TGV INOUI is designed for customers who travel on a specific route (same origin - destination) several days a week (on average 4 to 5 times a week).
The WEEKLY PASS and MONTHLY PASS can be used on TGV INOUI trains for daily travel over short distances. A TGV INOUI PASS allows you to travel only on TGV INOUI trains.
The customer can choose between a TGV INOUI PASS for a specific itinerary or a TGV INOUI France Entière PASS (the TGV INOUI France Entière PASS is only available as a Monthly Pass).
The price of the TGV INOUI PASS depends on class, distance, validity (one month or one week) and seniority (for Packages purchased before April 1, 2009).
A valid PASS, in dematerialized format with QR code, and a reservation for the train used are required for on-board checks.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day following the date of purchase of the PASS, without having to justify the reason or pay any penalty. The customer must not have travelled with the TGV INOUI PASS, and future bookings must be cancelled beforehand.
