1/ You cannot travel on TGV INOUI, OUIGO Grande Vitesse and OUIGO Train Classique trains that are on your route with the Weekly or Monthly Pass.
2/ The conditions of application on TER are the responsibility of the Regional Organizing Authorities. The terms of application on TER are described in the General Conditions of Sale and Transport available on each TER website.
3/ You must make a reservation for the INTERCITÉS train you are using. The cost of the reservation is €1.5 for a seat and €19.50 for a couchette seat (INTERCITÉS night trains), subject to possession of a Pass valid on the date of travel.
Reservations can be exchanged and refunded free of charge up to 30 min after departure. From 30 min before departure, the reservation can be exchanged a maximum of 1 time and is non-refundable after 1 exchange. To use another train, the reservation must be exchanged.
The Weekly or Monthly Pass is designed for customers who travel on a specific route (same origin - destination) several days a week (on average 4 to 5 times a week).
The price of the Weekly or Monthly Pass is determined according to class, distance, validity (one month or one week) and seniority (for Weekly or Monthly Passes prior to April 1, 2009).
As indicated in the Passenger Tariffs, a customer benefits from a degressive price under several conditions (the Weekly or Monthly Plan was subscribed before 01/04/2009, and a minimum of 9 Monthly Plans were purchased before this subscription date, and in subsequent years a minimum of 1 monthly plan was purchased). Maintenance of the sliding scale price is conditional on the purchase of at least one Monthly Plan per year. If this condition is not met, the subscriber will no longer benefit from the degressive pricing.
A valid FORFAIT, in dematerialized format with QR code, and a reservation for the train used are required for on-board checks. Possession of a Forfait Ligne Classique does not authorize use of a TGV or OUIGO.
Conditions of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day following the date of purchase of the Weekly or Monthly Pass, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty. The customer must not have travelled with his or her Package, and future bookings must be cancelled in advance.
In the event that trips have been made prior to the cancellation request, and even if the legal cancellation period of 14 days is respected, the use of the cancellation right cannot be considered as being in good faith.
