To mark Earth Day on April 22, the En'Train Pour Le Climat Quiz operation is introducing ADEME's Nos Gestes Climat carbon calculator, which enables everyone to become aware of their carbon footprint and the actions they can take to reduce it.

On board certain TGV INOUI trains, an online quiz followed by a workshop to raise awareness of climate issues will be held on April 22 and 23, 2025.

ADEME, a benchmark partner

TGV-INTERCITÉS, the long-distance business of SNCF Voyageurs, has joined forces with ADEME, a leading public agency working to promote France's ecological transition.

The challenge is to mobilize and support all French people to take an interest and get involved in the fight against global warming and the preservation of resources.

An operation launched in 2024

The first edition of the operation was launched as part of the European Week for Sustainable Development, and here are the results:

20 TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS trains throughout France;
2300 participants in the online quiz on board the trains;
nearly 7500 carbon footprints calculated on Nos Gestes Climat ;
and many discussions in the bar cars to learn more about the small and large actions that can be taken to protect the climate.
