1 / The TGV INOUI Grand Voyageur Lounges are open to customers with a day ticket and a Business Première or Flex Première, Liberté 1re, négocié 1re or remisé 1re fare, as well as to customers with a day ticket and a Grand Voyageur Le Club loyalty card, every day, according to the Salon's opening hours, at Bordeaux St Jean, Lille Flandres, Lyon Part-Dieu, Marseille Saint-Charles, Nantes, Paris Est, Paris Gare de Lyon, Paris Montparnasse, Paris Nord, Rennes, Lille Europe and Strasbourg stations.
2/ The Business Première area is accessible to all customers holding a Business Première, Liberté Business Première or negotiated Business Première fare, subject to availability, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and Christmas and summer vacations (from mid-July to the end of August), on board the following TGV INOUI trains: Paris- Bordeaux, Paris-Nantes, Paris-Rennes, Paris-Angers, Paris-Lyon, Paris- Strasbourg, Paris-Marseille and Paris- Avignon and Paris-Aix-en-Provence.
3 / The Portail TGV INOUI provides an interface enabling all users to access a range of non-refundable services and entertainment content available on French territory and the following international routes: TGV INOUI to Spain, TGV INOUI to Italy, France-Germany, TGV INOUI to Freiburg im Breisgau, TGV INOUI to Luxembourg. This offer of services and content is available to all customers connecting to the SNCF_WIFI_INOUI network, including authenticated Flex Première or Business Première customers. 4/ GUARANTEED EXCHANGE AND CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGING A TICKET PURCHASED WITH THE CARTE LIBERTÉ FARE ON RESERVATION-COMPULSORY TGV INOUI AND INTERCITÉS TRAINS
The Echange Garanti service is valid for all exchanges made on the day of departure. The exchange is possible for another train of the same day, on the same route as the initial journey. It is possible to obtain a ticket on full trains, but without a guaranteed seat and within the limit of the maximum number of standing places available. Passengers may be refused a Guaranteed Exchange on a full train, particularly in the event of overcrowding endangering passenger safety. From 30 minutes before the departure of the original train, the number of exchanges is limited to 1 per customer. Exchange free of charge up to 30 minutes after departure. Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable from 30 minutes after departure.
Passengers holding a Liberté ticket with a Carte liberté can exchange it on OUIGO trains free of charge on the day of departure and on the same route using the TGV INOUI PRO application.
Once the ticket has been exchanged for an OUIGO train, the passenger is subject to the OUIGO General Terms and Conditions of Sale. OUIGO tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

6/ Dedicated on-board services are reserved for customers travelling with a Business Première or Liberté 1re fare, negotiated or discounted 1re, in a dedicated Business Première carriage, Monday to Friday excluding weekends, public holidays and Christmas and summer vacations (mid-July to the end of August) on a selection of TGV INOUI trains on the Paris Gare de Lyon - Lyon Part Dieu / Lyon Perrache routes.
