    Online and on mobile

    You can buy or book your ticket at any time from your smartphone or computer by connecting to the applications or websites of our Aggrées agencies.

    Choose your seat

    On board our trains, you have two options:

    • in 2nd class: seats arranged in a square or side-by-side;
    • 1st class: single, double or 4-person seating.

    On some trains, you can also choose a seat in the direction of travel, or select the upper or lower level of the train when making your reservation, or a window seat to admire the scenery.

    On the phone

    Would you like to buy or reserve a ticket by phone?

    Dial 36351 (available every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.). Then use one of these shortcuts to access the right service more quickly:

    • at the beginning of your call, say "ticket" ;
    • if you know its category, say "billet Loisirs" or "billet Pro".

    If you wish to make a complaint, dial 0 898 98 36 35 (free service + local call charge).

    At the station

    Need advice? Our sales staff are on hand to offer you the best solution for your journey.

    Our self-service kiosks, present in over 460 stations in France, allow you to :

    • buy your tickets with your bank card, even at the last minute via the "Départ immédiat" (immediate departure) function;
    • collect your tickets and discount cards or season tickets purchased online or by telephone2 just before you board your train. A practical way of ensuring you don't forget your tickets before departure;
    • exchange or cancel your tickets;
    • buy or renew your discount card or season ticket.

    In an approved travel agency

    To help you prepare for your trip, SNCF offers are distributed by more than 800 approved agencies.

    They are present throughout mainland France and in the French overseas departments and territories.
