    The arrival of new-generation trains means that the industrial tools essential to rail production have to be adapted and modernized, particularly the maintenance technicenters, which are key to the robustness of the lines. It is in this context that the Val de Notre Dame technicenter has been designed, which will be responsible for the maintenance of the latest-generation trains deployed on the following branches:

    • Paris - Ermont-Eaubonne
    • Paris - Gisors
    • Paris - Vernon

    Project management at the service of passengers

    Delivered on time and on budget, Val Notre-Dame embodies one of our most precious areas of expertise: project management for maintenance workshops. Our Transilien business boasts unique expertise enabling us to manage such projects from design to completion, with skills in all key areas (building, railways, industrial tooling, etc.).

    "The modernization of passenger transport depends on our industrial facilities."

    An innovative and winning production method

    Val de Notre Dame is the first design-build technicenter to bring together project management, architects and construction and public works companies, an innovative method for managing construction sites with a consortium of companies, from preliminary design through to completion. On-time delivery, on-budget performance and zero impact on passenger transport conditions during the works confirm the relevance of this approach.

    Val de Notre Dame is the first SNCF Voyageurs workshop to receive the E3C1 label.

    A model of sustainable innovation

    Ecologically exemplary, the Technicentre has been designed to be sustainable and virtuous.
    This is reflected in concrete terms by :

    • 120m2 of photovoltaic panels for hot water supply ;
    • 1,000m2 of green roofs;
    • rainwater recovery for pit cleaning;
    • enhanced thermal insulation and more energy-efficient lighting.
