Access your customer account Mon Identifiant simply and securely. Once logged in, you can move from one digital space to another without having to re-enter your login and password.

Mon Identifiant is a service available on :

our self-service terminals in stations,
your Portail TGV INOUI,
the Mon espace TGV INOUI website,
the TGV INOUI Pro app,
the SNCF Connect website,
the SNCF Connect app.

What's your travel profile?

There are two ways to create your account.

If you are a member of our loyalty program, simply migrate your account:

log in as usual with your loyalty number and password,
a window will appear on your screen,
Fill in your e-mail address, which becomes your login,
Keep your password,
your email can only be associated with one account.

Don't have an account?

Create one.

To do so, go to the "Create my account" area of the site Mon espace TGV INOUI and fill in the required fields.

Your TGV INOUI space simplifies your travelling life

Your Mon espace TGV INOUI brings together in one place everything you need to simplify your life as a passenger.

On your home page, you'll find all your account information:

your frequent flyer program information (your Reward Points balance, your Partner Benefits, your Reward Shop, etc.),
your e-tickets and travel history,
your discount cards,
your discount codes and vouchers,
your avoided CO₂ meter,
your personal information .

Trips that are uploaded to Mon espace TGV INOUI are for the following trains: TGV INOUI, TER, INTERCITÉS, OUIGO and all international carriers: Eurostar, TGV Lyria, Renfe, Deutsche Bahn.

Please note, however, that we only show TER trains if they are linked to a TGV INOUI journey: a "single" TER journey will therefore not be shown on your TGV INOUI space.
