    • You can book your group tickets for same-day departure.

     

    • Group ticket sales on OUIGO are no longer available via our Group agency.
      It is no longer possible to add to your current bookings.
      To purchase group tickets on OUIGO trains, you can go to the OUIGO website or to an approved travel agency.

    In France, book group tickets from our website Voyages en groupe by SNCF Voyageurs on the following trains:

    • TGV INOUI,
    • INTERCITÉS,
    • TER Nomad,
    • TER Fluo with reservation.

    In Europe, book group tickets from our website Voyages en groupe by SNCF Voyageurs on a selection of international destinations:

    • DB SNCF Voyageurs in cooperation,
    • TGV Lyria,
    • TGV INOUI to Italy,
    • TGV INOUI to Freiburg im Breisgau,
    • TGV INOUI to Luxembourg,
    • TGV INOUI to Brussels,
    • TGV INOUI to Spain.

    You can book a return trip with a different return from the one initially booked. To do this, use the "multi destination" feature.

    Would you like to book an overnight INTERCITÉS train on our Voyages en groupe by SNCF Voyageurs website?

    Please note that if you choose the 2nd class comfort class, you will always be seated. Sleeper seats are currently only available in1st class on our Voyages en groupe by SNCF Voyageurs website.

    If you would like to add a service to your trip (coach, hostess, catering, or handling of your luggage), please submit your request using this form.

    Go to the "my options" or "my group orders" tabs, then follow the instructions to modify or cancel your order.

    • On our website, you can change the number of people, the name of the person accompanying you on your trip, or cancel your trips, by trip, before paying for your option free of charge, or after paying for your reservation under price conditions.
    • From the mobile application, you can modify your options, but once you've paid, you can only cancel them completely. To modify your paid orders, go to our website.

    An e-mail will be sent to you confirming your changes, cancelling the number of people or your routes.

    Manage my reservations

    • Place an option to give yourself time to organize your trip.
    • You will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the expiry date of your option. Depending on your booking date, you have up to 46 days before departure to pay for your option.
    • In the meantime, an e-mail will be sent to you to confirm or cancel your option.

    Please pay attention to the expiry date, as the option is automatically cancelled once the deadline has passed.

    Setting up an option is free of charge, and you can modify or cancel it on our website Voyages en groupe by SNCF Voyageurs by clicking on the "my options" tab.

    You have placed your order with our SNCF group agency and would like to find your option on our website Voyages en groupe by SNCF Voyageurs?

    • Log in to your group customer account, then click on the "My options" tab.
    • Click on the blue button "import my orders".
    • Fill in the "file reference" and "group name" fields, then search for the trip.
    • Select your trip and use the associated buttons to modify or cancel your option.

    You can cancel your tickets directly and quickly from our app or from the Voyages en groupe by SNCF Voyageurs website. Refund conditions depend on ticket conditions.

    Please bear in mind that in order to benefit from group rates, if you add or reduce the number of passengers in your reservation on the Voyages en groupe by SNCF Voyageurs website, your group must be made up of a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 60 people.

    To pay for your options, go to the "my options" tab on :

    • or our mobile application, now available on the Apple and Google Play stores.
    • To proceed to payment, click on the "continue" button below the summary on the right of the screen.

    You can pay for your orders on our website Voyages en groupe by SNCF Voyageurs or our application by :

    • VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX ;
    • SEPA bank transfer ;
    • by instant transfer ;
    • 3 or 4 instalments;
    • by credit card and payment on account (only for customers with dedicated contracts).

    • Payment in 3 or 4 instalments

    Pay in 3 or 4 instalments by credit card with our partner Alma.

    This payment method is available for orders from €300 up to €3000.

    Offers reserved for natural persons over 18 holding a CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron, Maestro or Bancontact card valid for at least 4 months after the date of conclusion of the instalment contract, and excluding prepaid cards and virtual cards. Subject to acceptance of the instalment plan by Alma - 839 100 575 RCS Nanterre.

    You benefit from the legal 14-day withdrawal period from the date of acceptance of the instalment payment contract.

    This payment method will be proposed to you on the payment page of the website, if the amount of your order is eligible for this payment method.

    When you select payment in 3 or 4 instalments, you will be redirected to the website of our partner Alma in order to complete the information required for the financing agreement.

    Information on payment schedules and financing fees* is displayed.

    The first monthly payment includes financing costs.

    A copy of the applicant's ID will be requested for financing acceptance for orders over 1000 euros.

    Once your financing has been approved by Alma, your group order will be finalized, and you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail from Alma and a trip confirmation e-mail from us.

    *Financing fees represent 1.60% of the financing amount (this rate may vary over time, without ever exceeding the usury rate regulated by the Banque de France).

    • Payment by credit card

    If you have a company contract that allows you to pay for your group travel with a credit card, you can pay for all your bookings with this method of payment.
    The card must first be registered by the account administrator, and will then be used systematically to pay for all orders associated with your customer account.


    An account administrator must be designated, and will be the only person authorized to add or remove additional users from the card.
    The administrator customer must make his or her requests by contacting our group agency from Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (excluding public holidays), by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone on 36 35 (free service + price of a local call).
    Your card will be debited automatically after you have validated it as accepted for payment, on D-1 of the deadline indicated for the guarantee of your option.
    If you do not validate your options, they will be automatically cancelled at the end of the period indicated.


    If you no longer wish to be debited for the option you have validated, remember to cancel your option before D-1 of the expiry date.
    An invoice for all your monthly transactions will be sent to you by your card issuer (Amex, Airplus).

    • Customer account payment

    As a customer with a national account contract, all your bookings will be settled automatically by this method of payment.
    An account administrator must be appointed, who will be the only person authorized to add or remove additional users from the account.


    The administrator must make his or her requests by contacting our group agency from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm (excluding public holidays), by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone on 36 35 (free service + price of a local call).
    Once your options have been validated, your account will be billed on D-1 of the expiry date of your validated options.
    If you no longer wish to be billed, remember to cancel the options you have validated before the billing deadline.
    Our accounting department will send you a monthly billing statement.

    • Payment by SEPA bank transfer

    This method of payment is offered to you within the limit of receipt necessary for your payment on the payment page, as it can take between 2 and 4 working days to receive your transfer.

    As a precaution, a minimum of 19 days before your departure date is required, as well as a minimum of 8 days before the expiry date if you have made an option.

    When you select payment by bank transfer, an IBAN number is sent to you by our partner Sharegroop. This number is unique and is associated with the reservation you have made.

    You must use this unique IBAN number to pay for your order; it must not be used to pay for another group order.

    You can only pay for one reservation per IBAN number.

    You will be notified of a deadline for receipt of your transfer. It is important to respect this deadline.

    If we do not receive your transfer within this time, it will not be processed.

    • Payment by instant transfer

    Pay your reservations by instant transfer with our partner Instanéa.
    From our payment page, select this payment method and follow the instructions.
    You will need to select your bank on the interface (most French and European banks are eligible), then make the transfer from your banking application within 20 minutes. Your order is confirmed as soon as your transfer has been validated.


    For your information, we don't recommend administrative money transfers, as they take longer to receive and may be rejected by the authorities in the event of reimbursements.

    • Group train tickets are available 11 days before your departure date, and you will receive an e-mail to inform you.

    Group tickets are now available in e-ticket or QR code format on the mobile application.

    • You can download them from the "my group orders" tab on our Voyages en groupe by SNCF Voyageurs website, then print them out or download the QR codes from the application.

    Remember to import your trip if you can't find it in the "my group orders" tab to access the ticket download.

    As a reminder, to be in order, you must have one e-ticket per person (although all group tickets are issued in the name of the accompanying person) printed or downloaded onto your smartphone.

    Manage my group customer account

    Creating a group customer account on our website Voyages en groupe by SNCF Voyageurs allows you to :

    • Save time and easily find your reservations, options and tickets;
    • View and manage your orders quickly when you are logged in;

    For your information, your group account is not linked to your other SNCF Voyageurs accounts.

    To create a group customer account, go to the account login icon on the website or mobile app.


    To create an account :

    • Fill in the required fields,
      • An e-mail address, which will serve as your login,
      • Your password, and all other required information.

    In the "e-mail address" field, enter an e-mail address that will be used for all contact.
    The e-mail address in the "login" field may be identical to your contact e-mail address.

    To log in to your group customer account :

    • On the website, enter your username and password in the "Login" field.
      • If you've forgotten your password, you can ask for it to be reset via the "forgotten password" link.
    • On the mobile application, you will be asked for your login and password.

    Refunds and claims

    In the event of modification or cancellation of your order requiring a refund, this will be made by the same means of payment used for your order.

    Refund conditions depend on the fare conditions of your ticket. To find out more, please consult our general sales conditions.

    The amount of the refund will be indicated on the e-mail confirming your modification or cancellation.

    You have placed an order on the website Voyages en groupe by SNCF Voyageurs and you need a proof of payment? Contact our customer service via this form .

    After your trip, your ticket serves as proof of travel. It is accepted as an accounting document.

    If you are a company, a receipted invoice can be issued on request, after your trip, by contacting our customer service department.
    Invoices cannot be issued after 60 days of travel.

    Send your claim online via this form no later than 60 days after your trip.

    If your journey consists of a TGV INOUI or INTERCITÉS with a TER connection, the claim form remains the same.

    Disabled

    Seat reservations for people with reduced mobility or their companions are available on our website Voyages en groupe by SNCF Voyageurs.

    In compliance with the applicable fares and subject to availability, transferable PSH passengers in folding wheelchairs may benefit from a maximum of 2 seats per group in order to store their wheelchairs.

    The Full Flex group fare is not available for PSH reservations.

    When booking on our website Voyages en groupe by SNCF Voyageurs, the disabled passenger must be counted in the group's number, and then the guides and wheelchair spaces will be added.

    For TER Normandie and Grand-Est trains with compulsory reservation:

    • Whatever the nature of the disability: the disabled person must be in possession of a ticket at the prices and conditions of the General Provisions, or a reduced-fare ticket if he/she meets the conditions;
    • When travelling in a wheelchair: in addition to the reductions to which he/she is entitled, the disabled person is admitted in1st class, with a 2nd class ticket, on trains with a dedicated space in 1st class, subject to availability. This provision also applies to the first companion of a wheelchair passenger.

    GUIDE fares apply to one companion per disabled person, and the companion and disabled person must travel together on the same journey.

    In the case of journeys on TER Normandie or TER Grand-Est trains, combined with journeys on TGV INOUI, the placement of disabled passengers and the dedicated fares may not be guaranteed, due to different specifications for different trains.

    Seat reservations for disabled passengers are not yet available on the Group Travel mobile application.

    Organizing a group trip

    • Group fares are calculated and discounted on the basis of the day's semi-flex individual fares.
    • They are therefore always less expensive than individual fares (excluding promotional fares, fares associated with a discount card or subscription).
    • Depending on the type of customer (adults, young people, children), discounts range from 10 to 60%.
    • Children under the age of 0 to 3 travel free without a seat, or benefit from the child fare if a seat is reserved.
      If you would like your child aged 0 to 3 to travel free of charge, please do not enter a passenger aged 0 to 3 when booking on our website Voyages en groupe by SNCF Voyageurs.

    • Your group must arrive at the station at least 1 hour before your train's departure time.
    • All baggage must be labelled.
    • In stations equipped with boarding gates, all e-tickets must be presented in printed form or downloaded onto a smartphone.

    When you book online, your group is usually placed in the same carriage, although it may be placed in several carriages depending on train availability.

    Your placement will be confirmed on your e-tickets 11 days before departure.

    In case of connections, allow enough time for your travel.
    Plan your itinerary in advance, taking into account the time needed to buy tickets, take the metro, transport groups of children, etc...
