    How can I get my train ticket refunded? Find here the answers to the questions most frequently asked to our agents on our different communication channels.

    If you receive an email or text message telling you that your train has been cancelled, you should preferably use the channel through which you bought your ticket to get your money back, SNCF Connect or online agencies, 36 35 or go to the station.

    Make a complaint

    If your purchase was made online, it is important to follow the same site's process for purchase and refund. Consult the site on which you purchased your ticket.

    Please note that refunds are subject to the carrier's conditions of ticket purchase.
