Our Flex Première offer

1/ GUARANTEED EXCHANGE AND CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGING A TICKET PURCHASED WITH THE CARTE LIBERTÉ FARE ON TGV INOUI AND INTERCITÉS TRAINS WITH COMPULSORY BOOKING
The Echange Garanti service is valid for all exchanges made on the day of departure. The exchange is possible for another train of the same day, on the same route as the initial journey. It is possible to obtain a ticket on full trains, but without a guaranteed seat and within the limit of the maximum number of standing places available. Passengers may be refused a Guaranteed Exchange on a full train, particularly in the event of overcrowding endangering passenger safety. From 30 minutes before the departure of the original train, the number of exchanges is limited to 1 per customer. Exchange free of charge up to 30 minutes after departure. Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable from 30 minutes after departure.

Passengers holding a Liberté ticket with a Carte liberté can exchange it on OUIGO trains free of charge on the day of departure and on the same route using the TGV INOUI PRO application.

Once the ticket has been exchanged for an OUIGO train, the passenger is subject to the OUIGO General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The OUIGO ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

2/ Ticket refundable free of charge up to 30 minutes after departure. From 30 minutes before departure, only 1 exchange possible. Tickets exchanged 30 minutes or more before departure are non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after 30 minutes after departure.

3/ The TGV INOUI Grand Voyageur Lounges are open to customers with a day ticket and a Business Première or Flex Première, Liberté 1re, négocié 1re or remisé 1re fare, as well as to customers with a day ticket and a Grand Voyageur Le Club loyalty card, every day during lounge opening hours, at the stations listed above.

4/ The Portail TGV INOUI offers an interface that enables all users to access a range of non-refundable entertainment services and content, available exclusively on French territory. This offer of services and content is available to all customers connecting to the SNCF_WIFI_INOUI network, including authenticated Flex Première or Business Première customers. 5/ Discounts of 45% in 1st class and 60% in 2nd class reserved for Carte Liberté holders. Single fare corresponding to a discount calculated on the Flex Première or Business Première fare on TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS trains (excluding OUIGO), excluding any additional services for which a charge is made.
