Your boarding

Prepare your ticket in advance by printing it out or downloading it onto yourTGV INOUI PRO² mobile application and keep it close at hand.

Only ticketed passengers are admitted to the boarding area. Only one accompanying adult is authorized to access the platform for certain passengers³.

You may be asked for your original, valid ID and, if applicable, your discount card or season ticket when your ticket is checked. Remember to keep these documents handy.

• If you use the Assist'enGare service, or are part of a group of more than 10 people, you have priority access to the TGV INOUI boarding lounge.
• If you're traveling with your family, young children or the elderly, or if you have a specific question or request, our boarding team is at your disposal.
