    Need assistance

Do you have a disability or reduced mobility and need assistance to get on and off the train?

You can call on our station assistance service. It facilitates your journeys on the regional, national and international network.

    In case of emergency

Are you disabled or a person with reduced mobility and encountering a difficulty during your journey? Do you need emergency assistance?

You can call on SNCF staff on board your train or in the station, either directly or through a third party.

Alternatively, in the event of difficulties concerning your assistance on the day of your journey, you can contact the Ligne d'Urgence Accessibilité (LUA) 24/7, on 09 72 72 00 65 (free service + call charge). Last but not least, there's a dedicated SOS button on board the trains, and only in the area reserved for wheelchair users.

Please note, however, that these numbers do not replace those of the relevant public emergency services: fire department (18), police (17), ambulance (15) and emergency in Europe (112).

    If you have a complaint
